This non self-propelled, dismountable marvel is designed to operate seamlessly in coastal areas and inland rivers. It meets stringent navigation standards akin to area 'A' or below, as per the P. R. China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacture code.
Our state-of-the-art dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, adhering to the class III specifications outlined in the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China's dredging engineering construction technique.
The intelligently designed hull comprises three pontoons: a main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. The YS-CSD450 dredger is engineered for versatile transportation via road, rail, or water. The rapid connection-disconnection system using deck-level bolts, hull front and rear fastenings, and bottom hooks ensures seamless assembly. Driven by a powerful Marine engine, the dredger's main engine powers the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn energize all other equipment like the cutter, swing, ladder winches, and spud rams.
Built with all-welded steel construction, the hull endows the dredger with formidable strength required for rigorous dredging operations. The pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using robust bolts.
The hull steel plate is crafted from CCSB shipbuilding steel, ensuring premium quality and durability.
