1.Introduction:
Our state-of-the-art Cutter Suction Dredger, designed with robust steel construction, features a non self-propelled, dismountable type. Capable of berthing and dredging in both coastal waters and inland rivers, it meets the stringent standards of navigation area 'A' or below the 'A'-line as per the P.R. China's code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture.
Expertly engineered, this dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, adhering to class III specifications delineated by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China in its code for dredging engineering construction techniques.
The innovative hull design, comprising three pontoons—one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons—ensures easy transportation by road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger features a quick-connect/disconnect system utilizing deck-level bolts, hull front and rear bolts, and bottom hooks. Powered by a Marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers auxiliary equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Our dredger's hull is constructed from welded steel, providing the essential strength required for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using bolts, ensuring stability and durability.
The hull features top-grade CCSB shipbuilding steel plates, guaranteeing resilience and longevity.
