Our Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted with robust steel construction, is a non self-propelled, dismountable marvel that is primed to berth and dredge in diverse waters, encompassing both coastal zones and inland rivers. It thrives in navigation areas comparable to 'A' or below the 'A'-line as defined by the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of the P. R. China.
This advanced dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediment within the Class III parameters outlined in the dredging engineering construction techniques code issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The hull is ingeniously designed with three pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each part is meticulously dimensioned to facilitate the easy transport of the YS-CSD450 dredger by road, rail, or water. Featuring a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, the setup is achieved via bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Powered by a robust Marine engine, the main engine drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers all other equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams.
Constructed entirely from welded steel, the hull of our dredger ensures unparalleled strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using durable bolts.
The hull steel plates are crafted from premium CCSB (shipbuilding steel plate).
