This non-self-propelled marvel seamlessly adapts to both coastal waters and inland rivers, aligning with navigation area 'A' or beneath the 'A'-line as per the P.R. China's inland river steel engineering ship standards.
Engineered to perfection, this dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, conforming to Class III specifications outlined in the dredging engineering construction techniques by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China.
Designed for optimal transportability, the hull comprises three meticulously crafted pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is engineered for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water. The dredger features an innovative rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, secured with bolts at the deck level, hull front, and rear, as well as hooks at the bottom. The powerhouse of this dredger is a cutting-edge Marine engine, driving both the dredge and hydraulic pumps, which in turn energizes all auxiliary equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely from welded steel, the hull is designed for unmatched durability and strength, essential for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using robust bolts.
The hull is fabricated using CCSB-grade shipbuilding steel plates, ensuring top-tier quality and resilience.
