The Cutter Suction Dredger, masterfully constructed from high-grade steel, is a non self-propelled, dismountable marvel. It effortlessly berths and dredges in any waters within coastal areas and inland rivers, adhering to navigation area 'A' standards or below, as specified in the P.R. China's code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture.

This versatile dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, in compliance with the class III guidelines outlined in the dredging engineering construction technique code by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China.

Designed for seamless transport, the hull of the YS-CSD450 dredger is comprised of three expertly crafted pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. The dimensions ensure ease of transport by road, rail, or water. Featuring a sophisticated rapid connection-disconnection system, it utilizes bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and bottom hooks. Powered by a robust Marine engine, the main engine drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers essential equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.

Built with precision, the all-welded steel construction of the hull provides the necessary strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using heavy-duty bolts, ensuring unmatched stability and performance.
