1.Introduction:
Introducing our state-of-the-art Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted with robust steel construction and designed for versatility. This non-self-propelled, dismountable marvel is engineered to berth and perform dredging operations seamlessly across coastal waters and inland rivers. This formidable dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, meeting the stringent standards of class III as specified by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China for dredging engineering construction techniques.
The meticulously designed hull is composed of three strategically crafted pontoons, encompassing one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Every component is precisely dimensioned for seamless transport via road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger boasts an innovative rapid connection-disconnection system for its pontoons, employing bolts at the deck level, hull front and rear, and bottom hooks. Further elevating its capabilities, the dredger is powered by a sophisticated Marine engine. This main engine drives both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn power an array of critical equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams.
Featuring an all-welded, steel construction, the hull is built to withstand the rigorous demands of dredging operations, ensuring enduring strength. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using durable bolts.
The hull's integrity is fortified by the use of CCSB (shipbuilding steel plate), a material renowned for its remarkable strength and durability.
