China's inland river steel engineering ship code.
Capable of excavating and transporting cohesive sediments below class III, this dredger adheres to the stringent dredging engineering construction techniques outlined by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China.
Designed with three integral pontoons—a main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons—the YS-CSD450 dredger is engineered for seamless transport by road, rail, or water. It features a rapid connection-disconnection system utilizing bolts and hooks, enabling efficient assembly and disassembly. The Marine-engine-powered dredger is equipped with a main engine driving both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers all critical equipment, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Built with all-welded steel construction, the hull ensures the necessary strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon with bolts, guaranteeing structural integrity.
The hull steel plate is made of CCSB (shipbuilding steel plate).
