1. Introduction:
The Cutter Suction Dredger, skillfully engineered with a steel construction, represents a non self-propelled, dismountable marvel. It can berth and dredge in diverse waters, be it coastal or inland rivers, conforming to the navigation area "A" standards or below the "A"-line as per the inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code of P. R. China.
Our dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering to the class III specifications laid out in the dredging engineering construction technique code by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The robust hull is designed with three pontoons: a central main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is meticulously dimensioned to enable seamless transportation by road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger boasts a rapid connection-disconnection system, utilizing bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Further enhancing its capabilities, a Marine engine powers the main engine, which drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, subsequently empowering all equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams.
Crafted with an all-welded steel construction, the hull provides the dredger with essential strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon through bolts.
The steel plates used for the hull are CCSB shipbuilding steel plates, ensuring durability and reliability.
