Our Mini Hydraulic Cutter Suction Dredger is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring a robust steel construction. This versatile, non-self-propelled, and easily dismountable dredger is capable of berthing and dredging in coastal areas and inland rivers with conditions comparable to navigation area 'A' or below the 'A'-line as specified in the Chinese code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture.
This dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, adhering to the class III specifications in the dredging engineering construction technique code issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of China.
The intelligently designed hull consists of three pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each part is meticulously dimensioned to ensure the YS-CSD450 dredger can be conveniently transported by road, rail, or water. The dredger boasts a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, using bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Powered by a high-performance marine engine, the main engine drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers all equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams.
Built with all-welded steel construction, the hull provides the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon through reliable bolts.
We use high-quality CCSB shipbuilding steel plates to construct the hull, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
