The Hydraulic Cutter Suction Sand Dredger CSD350, constructed from durable steel, is a non-self-propelled, easily dismountable vessel. It is expertly designed to berth and dredge across various waters, including coastal areas and inland rivers, complying with the navigation area 'A' or lower standards as per P.R. China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing codes.
This versatile dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering to the class III standards outlined in the dredging engineering construction techniques issued by China's Ministry of Water Resources (MWR).
The robust hull comprises three pontoons: a central main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is meticulously sized to facilitate the seamless transport of the YS-CSD450 dredger by road, rail, or water. The pontoons feature a swift connection-disconnection system using deck-level bolts, fore and aft hull bolts, and bottom hooks. Powered by a Marine engine, the main engine drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers all essential equipment, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
With an all-welded steel construction, the hull is engineered for the rigorous demands of dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon via bolts, ensuring stability and strength.
