The Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted from robust steel construction, is a non self-propelled, dismountable marvel. It exhibits an unparalleled ability to berth and dredge across various waters, from coastal expanses to inland rivers. This versatile dredger adheres to the 'A' navigation area standards or below, as per the P.R. China's code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture.
Engineered to perfection, this dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments as specified under class III of the dredging engineering construction techniques issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China.
The sophisticated hull design comprises three meticulously constructed pontoons: a central main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Optimized for transportation, the YS-CSD450 dredger is road, rail, and water-compatible. A rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons enhances operational efficiency, facilitated by deck-level bolts, front and rear hull connections, and bottom hooks. The dredger boasts a powerful Marine engine, with the main engine driving both the dredge pump and the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic system energizes all other equipment, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely of welded steel, the hull provides the essential strength required for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons, seamlessly bolted to the main pontoon, ensure structural integrity and operational resilience.
Crafted using CCSB shipbuilding steel plates, the hull promises durability and reliability.
