Exquisite Cutter Head Suction Dredger from Heng Peng Shipyard
1. Introduction:
Constructed with robust steel, our non-self-propelled, dismountable Cutter Suction Dredger can berth and dredge at various coastal and inland waterways. It meets the stringent conditions of navigation area 'A' and adheres to the inland river steel engineering ship standards set by the P. R. China.
Ideal for excavating and transporting cohesive sediments below class III as per the dredging engineering construction code by the Ministry of Water Resources of P. R. China.
Featuring a three-pontoon hull—comprising a main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons—the YS-CSD450 dredger is designed for easy transportation by road, rail, or water. The pontoons are equipped with an efficient rapid connection-disconnection system using bolts and hooks. The dredger is powered by a marine engine, driving the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers all crucial equipment, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Crafted entirely from welded steel, the hull offers the strength necessary for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using bolts.
The hull employs CCSB-grade shipbuilding steel plates for superior durability.
