The Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted with premium steel construction, is a dismountable, non self-propelled marvel. It is engineered to berth and dredge efficiently in a variety of aquatic terrains, from coastal regions to inland rivers, adhering to the stringent navigation area 'A' standards of P. R. China's inland river steel engineering ship code.
This advanced dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, meeting and exceeding the class III specifications set forth in the dredging engineering construction code by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The robust hull comprises three meticulously designed pontoons: one main pontoon housing the engine room, and two side pontoons. Transportation is seamless by road, rail, or water, thanks to the strategic dimensioning. The rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, featuring bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom, ensures operational efficiency. The dredger's power core is a Marine engine, driving both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers essential equipment like the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely of welded steel, the hull delivers the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon using durable bolts.
The steel plate used for the hull is CCSB, a shipbuilding-grade material, ensuring resilience and longevity.
