This versatile dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, meeting the stringent class III specifications set forth in the dredging engineering construction techniques by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China.
Engineered with precision, the hull comprises three pontoons: one central main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is meticulously dimensioned for effortless transportation via road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 model features a swift connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, utilizing bolts at the deck level, hull front and rear, and bottom hooks. Driven by a powerful Marine engine, the main engine powers both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn activate all crucial equipment, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely from welded steel, the hull ensures the strength and durability required for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using robust bolts.
