1. Introduction:
Our sophisticated Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted from premium steel, is a non-self-propelled, dismountable marvel. It is expertly designed to operate seamlessly in various waters, whether along coastal areas or inland rivers. It adheres to the highest standards of the 'A' navigation area or below, as specified in the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture in P.R. China.
Purpose-built for versatility, this dredger is adept at excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, conforming to class III standards as dictated by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China in their dredging engineering construction technique code.
The hull showcases an ingenious configuration of three pontoons: one central pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is meticulously designed for easy transportation by road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger boasts a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, utilizing bolts at the deck, hull front and rear, and bottom hooks. Power comes from a robust Marine engine, driving the dredge and hydraulic pumps, which in turn energize all equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely of welded steel, the hull provides the necessary strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using high-strength bolts.
The hull is constructed using CCSB shipbuilding steel plates, ensuring superior durability.
