Crafted with a robust steel construction, our Mini Hydraulic Cutter Suction Dredger is a non-self-propelled, dismountable marvel capable of performing efficiently in various waters, from coastal regions to inland rivers. It complies with the 'A' navigation area or below the 'A'-line as specified in the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P. R. China.
This dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering to the class III specifications detailed in the dredging engineering construction techniques issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The innovative hull design features three pontoons: one main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. Carefully dimensioned for effortless transport by road, rail, or water, the YS-CSD450 dredger boasts a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, utilizing bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and bottom hooks. It's powered by a Marine engine, with the main engine driving the dredge and hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic pump powers essential equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Built with all-welded steel construction, the hull provides the necessary strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using bolts.
