Our Cutter Suction Dredger, constructed from durable steel and designed as a non-self-propelled, dismountable vessel, is capable of berthing and dredging in versatile waters—be it coastal areas or inland rivers. It complies with navigation area 'A' standards and aligns with the inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code of the P. R. China.
Purpose-built for excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, our dredger meets the class III specifications of the dredging engineering construction technique code issued by the Ministry of Water Resources of P. R. China.
The robust hull, comprising three pontoons (one main pontoon for the engine room and two side pontoons), is designed for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water. It features a rapid connection-disconnection system using bolts and hooks, ensuring efficient assembly and operational readiness. The dredger is engineered with a powerful Marine engine driving both the dredge and hydraulic pumps, which in turn power all auxiliary equipment including the cutter, swing, ladder winches, and spud rams.
Crafted entirely from welded steel, the hull provides the requisite strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons securely connect to the main pontoon with bolts.
We utilize CCSB shipbuilding steel plates for the hull, ensuring superior durability and performance.
