The Cutter Suction Dredger, constructed from high-grade steel, is a non-self-propelled, dismountable marvel. It can berth and dredge in a variety of waters—both coastal areas and inland rivers—under conditions specified by navigation area 'A' or below, as defined in the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture by P. R. China.
Designed to excavate and transport cohesive sediments, this dredger adheres to the class III standards set by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China for dredging engineering construction techniques.
