This non-self-propelled, dismountable marvel can berth and dredge across coastal waters and inland rivers, matching the stringent conditions of navigation area 'A' or below the 'A'-line as specified in China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code.
Engineered for excellence, this dredger is capable of excavating and transporting cohesive sediment compliant with class III standards outlined in the dredging engineering construction technique code by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of China.
Ingeniously designed, the hull comprises three distinct pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Every component is precisely dimensioned to facilitate transportation by road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger features a cutting-edge rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, utilizing bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. This dredger is powered by a robust Marine engine, with the main engine driving the dredge and hydraulic pumps. These pumps, in turn, power all auxiliary equipment, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Built to last, the hull showcases an all-welded, steel construction, providing the essential strength needed for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using bolts.
Crafted for durability, the hull steel plate used is premium CCSB shipbuilding steel.
