The Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted with robust steel construction and designed to be non self-propelled and dismountable, excels in both coastal areas and inland rivers. Engineered to meet the rigorous standards of navigation area 'A' and below the 'A'-line as per China's inland river steel engineering specifications, this vessel guarantees unparalleled performance in versatile aquatic environments.
Capable of excavating and transporting cohesive sediments up to class III, as per the dredging engineering construction code by the Ministry of Water Resources, this dredger is a powerhouse for demanding sediment removal operations.
The hull is ingeniously designed with three pontoons: a main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Transportability is seamless via road, rail, or water, thanks to the YS-CSD450's dimensioned parts. A rapid connection-disconnection system featuring deck-level bolts and bottom hooks ensures efficiency. With a Marine engine powering the dredge and hydraulic pumps, the dredger drives a multitude of equipment including the cutter, swing, ladder winches, and spud rams with unmatched precision.
Constructed entirely of welded steel, the hull provides the essential durability required for intensive dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon using bolts, ensuring stability and strength.
