1.Introduction:
Introducing the Cutter Suction Dredger, a marvel of steel construction! This non self-propelled, dismountable vessel is adept at berthing and dredging in a wide range of waters, including both coastal areas and inland rivers. It effortlessly navigates areas classified under 'A' or below, in accordance with the P. R. China's code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture.
Our dredger is designed to excavate and transport cohesive sediment with unparalleled efficiency, adhering to the class III standards set forth by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China for dredging engineering construction techniques.
The robust hull comprises three pontoons: a main pontoon housing the engine room and two side pontoons. Engineered for convenience, the YS-CSD450 dredger’s parts are sized for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water. The innovative rapid connection-disconnection system features bolts at the deck level, hull front, and rear, along with hooks at the bottom, ensuring swift assembly and disassembly. Powered by a Marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge and hydraulic pumps, which in turn power auxiliary equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Crafted with all-welded steel construction, the hull delivers the necessary strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon through bolts, ensuring stability and durability.
The hull is constructed using CCSB shipbuilding grade steel plates, guaranteeing top-notch quality and longevity.
