Product Description

1. Introduction:
Discover the unparalleled capabilities of our Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted with robust steel construction. This versatile, non self-propelled and dismountable marvel is engineered to berth and dredge across diverse waters, from coastal regions to inland rivers. Designed to excel in navigation area 'A' and below, as per the inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing codes of P. R. China.

Our dredger is meticulously designed to excavate and transport cohesive sediments classified under class III, adhering to the rigorous standards set forth by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.

The hull is an assembly of three interlocking pontoons: a central main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. Engineered for seamless transportation, the YS-CSD450 model can traverse by road, rail, or water. Featuring an innovative rapid connection-disconnection system, the pontoons are secured via bolts at the deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Propelled by a Marine engine, the main engine powers the dredge and hydraulic pumps, which further drive essential equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.

Constructed entirely of welded steel, the hull of our dredger provides the strength necessary for demanding dredging tasks. The side pontoons are firmly connected to the main pontoon with precision-engineered bolts.
The hull is crafted from high-grade CCSB shipbuilding steel plates, ensuring durability and performance.
