Our dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering to Class III regulations set forth by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of China. It's crafted to meet the rigorous demands of dredging engineering construction.
Constructed with three pontoons – one main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons – our YS-CSD450 dredger is designed for seamless transportation by road, rail, or water. The pontoons are connected via an efficient rapid connection-disconnection system using deck-level bolts, hull front and rear bolts, and bottom hooks. Powered by a marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge pump and a hydraulic pump, which, in turn, powers all essential equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Built with an all-welded, steel construction, the hull provides the necessary strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon through robust bolts.
