Our Cutting-Edge New Dredger features a robust steel construction and a versatile, non self-propelled, dismountable design. This engineering marvel can berth and undertake dredging operations in both coastal and inland waters, adhering to the stringent specifications of navigation area 'A' or conditions below the 'A'-line, as per the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture by P. R. China.
Expertly designed, this dredger is ideal for excavating and transporting cohesive sediments that comply with class III standards, as outlined in the dredging engineering construction technique code issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The innovative hull comprises three interlinked pontoons: a central main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. The dimensions are optimized for seamless transportation by road, rail, or water. The dredger features a swift connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, utilizing bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. The Marine engine powers the main engine, which drives the dredge and hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic pump then powers auxiliary equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted operation.
Constructed entirely from welded steel, the hull of our dredger provides the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon using bolts, ensuring stability and durability.
The hull's steel plate is crafted from CCSB shipbuilding-grade steel, guaranteeing exceptional resilience and longevity.
