1.Introduction:
The Heavy Duty Stock New Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted with robust steel construction, is a versatile, non self-propelled, and dismountable machine. It excels in berthing and dredging across various waters in both coastal areas and inland rivers. It meets the stringent conditions of navigation area 'A' or below the 'A'-line as per the inland river steel engineering ship code of P.R. China.
This dredger is adept at excavating and transporting cohesive sediments that fall below class III, as specified by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China's dredging engineering construction techniques.
The robust hull features three pontoons: one central pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is designed for easy transport by road, rail, or water. The rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons uses deck-level bolts, hull front and rear bolts, and bottom hooks for seamless assembly. The dredger is powered by a Marine engine, where the main engine drives both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers all other equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely of welded steel, the hull offers the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon with bolts, ensuring a sturdy and reliable structure.
The hull utilizes CCSB-grade shipbuilding steel plates, ensuring durability and long-term performance.
