Introducing our Cutter Suction Dredger, meticulously engineered with steel construction and a non-self-propelled, dismountable design. This versatile dredger is adept at berthing and dredging in diverse waters, whether along the coastline or within inland rivers, adhering to navigation area "A" standards or below as specified in the P.R. China inland river steel engineering ship manufacture code.
Perfect for excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, this dredger meets the stringent class III specifications outlined by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China for dredging engineering construction techniques.
The robust hull is comprised of three interconnected pontoons: a main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. Designed for seamless transport via road, rail, or water, the YS-CSD450 dredger is equipped with a rapid connection-disconnection system utilizing bolts at the deck, front, rear, and bottom hooks. Powered by a marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, facilitating the operation of all essential equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed from all-welded steel, the hull provides the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely bolted to the main pontoon, ensuring a sturdy configuration.
We utilize high-quality CCSB shipbuilding steel plates to ensure durability and reliability in every aspect of the hull.
