Our Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted with robust steel construction, is a non self-propelled, dismountable marvel. Designed to berth and dredge efficiently in both coastal areas and inland rivers, it meets the stringent conditions akin to navigation area "A" or below the "A"-line, as outlined in the P. R. China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code.
This versatile dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, adhering to class III standards as per the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR), P. R. China’s dredging engineering construction techniques.
The hull configuration comprises three meticulously designed pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is meticulously sized for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water. Our dredger boasts a rapid connection-disconnection system facilitated by bolts at the deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Powered by a Marine engine, the main engine propels the dredge pump and hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump, in turn, powers all essential equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed with all-welded steel, the hull offers the necessary strength and durability for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely bolted to the main pontoon, ensuring structural integrity.
