Introducing our top-tier Cutter Suction Dredger, a marvel of steel construction designed for versatility. This non-self-propelled, dismountable vessel excels in both coastal and inland waters. It meets the stringent standards of navigation area 'A' or below, as per the inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code of P. R. China.
This powerful dredger is engineered to excavate and transport cohesive sediments, adhering strictly to the class III specifications outlined in the dredging engineering construction guidelines by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The sturdy hull is composed of three pontoons: one main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. Designed for ease of transport, the YS-CSD450 dredger can be moved by road, rail, or water. It features a rapid connection-disconnection system using bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and secure hooks at the bottom. Additionally, the dredger is powered by a robust Marine engine that drives both the dredge and hydraulic pumps, which in turn power all essential equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Built with all-welded steel construction, the hull provides the necessary strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using bolts, ensuring stability and durability.
