1.Introduction:
The 18inch Water Flow Cutter Suction Dredger, constructed from robust steel, is a non-self-propelled, easily dismountable vessel crafted by Qingdao Hengpeng Industry Group Co., Ltd. It is engineered to berth and dredge efficiently in various water bodies, both coastal and inland, under conditions akin to those in navigation area 'A' or below the 'A'-line as per the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P.R. China.
This advanced dredger is adept at excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering to the class III standards specified in the dredging engineering construction techniques issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China.
The hull comprises three well-engineered pontoons: a central main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each part is meticulously dimensioned for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger features a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, utilizing bolts at deck level and hooks at the hull's front, rear, and bottom. It is powered by a marine engine, where the main engine drives both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump, in turn, powers all equipment, including the cutter, swing, ladder winches, and spud rams.
Crafted for endurance, the hull is of an all-welded steel construction, ensuring the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using durable bolts.
High-quality CCSB (shipbuilding steel plate) is employed in the hull's construction for superior durability.
