Our state-of-the-art Cutter Suction Dredger boasts a robust steel construction and a non-self-propelled, dismountable frame. This versatile dredger is designed to berth and operate effectively in various waters, from coastal areas to inland rivers, aligning with the stringent standards of navigation area 'A' or below the 'A'-line as per the P.R. China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code.
Ideal for excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, our dredger meets the Class III standards set forth by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China, ensuring unparalleled performance in dredging engineering construction.
Featuring three pontoons—a main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons—each component is meticulously sized for seamless transportation by road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger is equipped with a rapid connection-disconnection system, employing bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and bottom hooks for swift assembly and disassembly. Driven by a marine engine, the main engine powers both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn energizes all auxiliary equipment, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed with welded steel, the hull offers the requisite strength for demanding dredging tasks. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using bolts, ensuring stability and durability during operations.
Our hull steel plate is fabricated from CCSB (shipbuilding steel plate), providing exceptional strength and longevity.
