It meets the stringent requirements of navigation area 'A' or below as per the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture in P.R. China.
Our dredger is capable of efficiently excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, adhering to Class III specifications outlined in the dredging engineering construction code by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China.
The innovative hull design includes three pontoons: a main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons, perfectly dimensioned for easy transportation via road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger boasts a rapid connection-disconnection system utilizing bolts and hooks for seamless assembly. Powered by a robust Marine engine, it drives both the dredge and hydraulic pumps, which in turn power essential equipment like cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely from welded steel, the hull provides the necessary strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using durable bolts.
