The Cutter Suction Dredger, constructed with robust steel and designed for non self-propelled, dismountable operation, excels in dredging tasks in both coastal and inland waters. It adheres to the stringent conditions of navigation area 'A' and complies with the standards specified by P. R. China for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture.
Ideal for excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, this dredger meets the class III standards set by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China for dredging engineering construction techniques.
Featuring a hull composed of three meticulously designed pontoons—one main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons—this YS-CSD450 dredger is easily transportable by road, rail, or water. It boasts a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, using bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and bottom hooks. Powered by a Marine engine, the dredger's main engine drives the dredge and hydraulic pumps, which in turn power all equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Crafted with all-welded, durable steel construction, the hull ensures the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon via bolts.
The hull steel plate utilized is CCSB, a premier shipbuilding steel plate.
