Our dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering to the class III standards detailed in the dredging engineering construction guidelines set by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
Ingeniously designed, the hull comprises three pontoons: a central main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. These sections are crafted for seamless transportation by road, rail, or water. An innovative rapid connection-disconnection system, utilizing bolts on deck levels and hooks at the hull front, rear, and bottom, ensures quick setup. The dredger is driven by a powerful Marine engine; the main engine powers the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn energize all other equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely from welded steel, the hull provides the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using bolts.
