The 4000m3/h Water Flow HengPeng China Jet Suction Dredger is an engineering marvel crafted for operation in tranquil inshore waters and adapted for tropical climates. Adhering meticulously to China ZC class design and corporate standards, this state-of-the-art dredger showcases a robust construction of fully welded steel. The bottom plate boasts a substantial thickness of 10mm, while the shell plating is a solid 6mm. Strategically placed on the front of the main deck are three electric winches, complemented by two additional winches at the rear of the main cabin. Ingeniously designed, the dredger includes four ballast water tanks positioned at the fore and aft of the side pontoons. Notably, the dredger's design allows for easy disassembly, facilitating road transport of its sections. The central pontoon houses the powerful engines and efficient dredge pump, as the side pontoons are ingeniously utilized for fuel storage, ballast, and general storage facilities.The engine room and pump section are accessed through secure watertight hatches. A spacious and ergonomically designed control cabin, perched on an elevated platform, offers an unimpeded panoramic view. It is equipped with two operator consoles featuring comprehensive engine instrumentation and controls for the winches and dredge pump, alongside suction and discharge pressure gauges, navigation light controls, and is comfortably air-conditioned with excellent insulation. Beneath the control cabin lies a well-arranged changing room, fitted with a table, chairs, and a washbasin. For protection against the harsh saltwater environment, the underwater section of the dredger is safeguarded with a premium marine coating system and fitted with advanced cathodic protection.
