5. Hull Decomposition

The hull of the dredger is designed with a modular structure to ensure ease of transportation and assembly. It is composed of the following key sections:

Main Pontoon

• The central part of the hull, housing the engine room and the main equipment. It provides the primary buoyancy and structural support for the entire dredger.
• Constructed from CCSB (shipbuilding grade) steel plates, ensuring durability and strength.

Side Pontoons

• Two side pontoons are attached to the main pontoon to provide additional stability and buoyancy.
• These are also made from CCSB steel plates and are designed to be bolted to the main pontoon for easy assembly and disassembly.

Connection Points
