How it works
The gravel pump adopts the centrifugal working principle, which generates centrifugal force through the rotation of the rotor, sucks solid particles into the pump chamber, and accelerates and discharges out of the pump port under the action of centrifugal and inertial forces, thereby achieving the conveying function.
Structural features
- Pump body structure: mainly centered on horizontal and single pump housing structure centrifugal pumps, special clamping of the pump body and pump cover, the pump outlet direction can be at any position at 360 degrees, making it easy to install and use.
- Bearing assembly: adopts a cylindrical structure, which is easy to adjust the gap between the impeller and the pump body. It can be removed as a whole during maintenance. The bearing is lubricated with grease.
