1.Introduction:
The Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted from robust steel construction, is a non self-propelled, dismountable vessel. It is engineered to operate seamlessly in various aquatic environments, both coastal and inland. This dredger is adept at navigating waters categorized under area 'A' or below, as per the P.R. China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacture code.
This state-of-the-art dredger is designed to excavate and transport cohesive sediments, adhering to class III standards outlined by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China for dredging engineering techniques.
The innovative hull consists of three meticulously designed pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each part is dimensioned for easy transport via road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger features a sophisticated rapid connection-disconnection system using bolts and hooks, ensuring seamless assembly and disassembly. Powered by a Marine engine, the main engine drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Engineered for strength, the hull boasts an all-welded, steel construction, ensuring durability during rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon with bolts, enhancing structural integrity.
