Introducing the Cutter Suction Dredger, a marvel of steel construction. This dismountable, non self-propelled vessel excels in both coastal and inland waters, meeting the stringent requirements of navigation area "A" or below, as per China's inland river steel engineering ship codes.
Our dredger is expertly designed to excavate and transport cohesive sediments, adhering to the class III guidelines set by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China for dredging engineering construction techniques.
The hull is ingeniously divided into three pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each part is meticulously dimensioned for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water. The pontoons feature a quick connection-disconnection system, utilizing bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Powered by a robust marine engine, the dredger's main engine drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn energize equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams.
Constructed with all-welded steel, the hull provides the necessary strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon with bolts, ensuring superior stability and durability.
