1.Introduction:

It meets the stringent standards of navigation area 'A' and the specifications set forth in the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture by the P.R. China.
Engineered to perfection, the dredger is capable of excavating and transporting cohesive sediments as specified under class III in the dredging engineering construction technique code issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The hull's innovative design comprises three pontoons: one main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. Every component of the YS-CSD450 dredger is meticulously dimensioned for seamless transportation by road, rail, or water. It features a rapid connection-disconnection system facilitated by bolts at deck level, hull front, and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Powering this dredger is a reliable marine engine. The main engine drives both the dredge pump and the hydraulic pump, which in turn energizes all other equipment such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Built for durability, the hull boasts an all-welded steel construction, granting it the strength required for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using bolts.
