It effortlessly navigates and dredges in both coastal areas and inland rivers, adhering to the 'A' or below 'A'-line specifications of China's inland river steel engineering ship standards.
This versatile dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, meeting the class III criteria as per the dredging engineering construction techniques issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The hull of this sophisticated dredger comprises three pontoons: a central main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each segment is meticulously designed for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water. The innovative rapid connection-disconnection system employs deck-level bolts, front and rear hull connections, and bottom hooks, ensuring swift assembly. Powered by a high-performance Marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers all auxiliary equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed with fully welded, high-strength steel, this dredger boasts exceptional durability and reliability for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using bolts.
The hull's superior quality is ensured by utilizing CCSB shipbuilding steel plates.
