It meets stringent conditions akin to those in navigation area 'A' or below the 'A'-line, as specified in the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P. R. China.
Engineered for excellence, this dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, adhering to the class III specifications outlined in the dredging engineering construction techniques issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The hull's innovative design features three modular pontoons: a central pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each part is dimensioned for easy transport via road, rail, or water. The rapid connection-disconnection system uses bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and bottom hooks, ensuring quick assembly. Powered by a state-of-the-art Marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge pump and the hydraulic pump, which in turn powers other equipment like the cutter, swing, ladder winches, and spud rams.
Crafted with all-welded steel construction, the hull provides the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon by durable bolts.
