The ZC Certified Hydraulic Cutter Suction Dredger features a robust steel construction and a dismountable, non self-propelled design. This innovative dredger can berth and operate efficiently in a range of waters, including coastal areas and inland rivers, under conditions comparable to navigation area 'A' or below the 'A'-line as specified in the Chinese code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture.
Engineered for versatility, this dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments classified below class III, as defined by the dredging engineering construction technique code of the Ministry of Water Resources of P.R. China.
The hull is composed of three well-designed pontoons: one central main pontoon housing the engine room, and two side pontoons. Each segment is carefully dimensioned for seamless transportation by road, rail, or water. The dredger boasts a sophisticated rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, utilizing bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom.
