The Cutter Suction Dredger, featuring a robust steel construction, is a dismountable, non self-propelled marvel. It excels in both coastal areas and inland rivers, adhering to the stringent navigation standards of area 'A' or below the 'A'-line as per the P. R. China's inland river steel engineering ship manufacture code. This versatile dredger can seamlessly berth and dredge in diverse water conditions.
Our dredger is expertly designed to excavate and transport cohesive sediments classified up to class III, as defined by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China. This ensures high efficiency and reliability in dredging engineering construction techniques.
The hull of the YS-CSD450 consists of three pontoons: one main pontoon housing the engine room and two side pontoons. Each component is meticulously dimensioned for easy transportation by road, rail, or water. The pontoons connect swiftly through a state-of-the-art bolt system at deck level, with additional front and rear hull bolts and bottom hooks. The dredger is powered by a high-performance Marine engine, which drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump powers essential components such as the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams, ensuring seamless operation.
Crafted with all welded steel construction, the hull delivers the required strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely bolted to the main pontoon, emphasizing a design focused on durability and reliability.
