1. Introduction:
Crafted from robust steel, our non self-propelled, dismountable Cutter Suction Dredger is designed to operate seamlessly in diverse aquatic environments, including coastal areas and inland rivers. It meets the stringent specifications of navigation area 'A' and aligns perfectly with the 'A'-line standards as per the Inland River Steel Engineering ship manufacture code of P. R. China.
Engineered for excellence, this dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering to the class III standards outlined in the dredging engineering construction technique code by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The hull construction features three pontoons-one primary pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Every component is meticulously dimensioned for easy transportation via road, rail, or water. Our YS-CSD450 dredger is equipped with an advanced rapid connection-disconnection system for pontoons, secured with bolts at the deck, front, and rear, and hooks at the bottom. This state-of-the-art dredger is powered by a marine engine, with the main engine driving the dredge pump and hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump subsequently powers all other equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Boasting an all-welded, steel construction, the hull ensures unparalleled strength and durability for demanding dredging operations. Side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using durable bolts.
Built using CCSB shipbuilding steel plates, the hull promises superior resilience and longevity.
