1.Introduction:
The Cutter Suction Dredger, crafted with robust steel construction, features a non-self-propelled, dismountable design. This engineering marvel can berth and operate efficiently in various waters, including coastal areas and inland rivers, adhering to the 'A' or below 'A'-line standards as defined in the inland river steel engineering shipbuilding code of P.R. China.
This versatile dredger is adept at excavating and transporting cohesive sediments classified below Class III, as per the dredging engineering construction technique code issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China.
The hull is composed of three pontoons: one main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. Designed for easy transport by road, rail, or water, the YS-CSD450 dredger features a rapid connection-disconnection system, utilizing bolts and hooks for secure assembly. The Marine engine powers the main engine, which drives the dredge and hydraulic pumps. These pumps, in turn, power all essential equipment, including the cutter, swing, ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed with all-welded steel for maximum strength, the hull's side pontoons are securely bolted to the main pontoon, ensuring durability and stability during dredging operations.
The hull is constructed using CCSB shipbuilding steel plates, providing superior durability and resilience.
