Capable of excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, this dredger is aligned with the class III specifications outlined in the dredging engineering construction techniques issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China.
The ingenious hull design features three distinct pontoons: one primary pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Dimensioned for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water, the YS-CSD450 dredger is equipped with an efficient quick-connect system for the pontoons, secured by bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Powered by a Marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge pump and the hydraulic pump, which in turn powers all other equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Crafted with an all-welded, steel construction, the hull provides the necessary strength for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are meticulously bolted to the main pontoon, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
