1.Introduction:
Introducing our Cutter Suction Dredger, an engineering marvel made of robust steel construction. This non self-propelled, dismountable dredger is designed to operate in various water bodies, from coastal areas to inland rivers. It is fully compliant with the stringent standards of navigation area "A" or as specified in the inland river steel engineering ship code by the P.R. China.
Our versatile dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediments as per the class III standards outlined in the MWR’s dredging engineering construction techniques.
The sturdy hull is comprised of three meticulously crafted pontoons: one central pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. The dimensions are optimized for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water. The YS-CSD450 dredger features a sophisticated rapid connection-disconnection system facilitated by bolts at deck level and hooks at the bottom. Powering the dredger is a high-performance Marine engine, which drives the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, ensuring efficient operation of equipment such as cutters, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed entirely from welded steel, the hull provides the essential strength for demanding dredging operations. Side pontoons are securely bolted to the main pontoon, ensuring structural integrity.
The hull's steel plates are made from premium CCSB shipbuilding steel, ensuring durability and performance.
