This state-of-the-art dredger, crafted from robust steel, is a non self-propelled, modular marvel capable of effortlessly berthing and dredging in any water body—be it coastal areas or inland rivers. It complies fully with the stringent 'A-line' navigation standards as per the code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P.R. China.
Designed with versatility in mind, our dredger excels at excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, adhering strictly to the class III specifications outlined in the dredging engineering construction code by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R. China.
The innovative hull design, comprising one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons, allows for seamless transport by road, rail, or water. Our YS-CSD450 dredger features a rapid connection-disconnection system using deck-level bolts, hull front and rear bolts, and bottom hooks. Powered by a high-performance Marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
Boasting an all-welded, steel construction, the hull provides the essential strength required for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely fastened to the main pontoon using bolts, ensuring stability and durability.
