The Cutter Suction Dredger, constructed with premium steel and designed for dismountable, non-self-propelled operation, is your go-anywhere dredging solution. This versatile vessel can berth and dredge in both coastal waters and inland rivers, perfectly suited to navigation areas classified under 'A' or below, as specified in the Code for Inland River Steel Engineering Ship Manufacture of P. R. China.
This high-performance dredger is engineered to excavate and transport cohesive sediments, conforming to Class III standards in the Dredging Engineering Construction Technique Code issued by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The robust hull is comprised of three interconnected pontoons—one main pontoon housing the engine room and two side pontoons. With dimensions optimized for transport via road, rail, or water, the YS-CSD450 distinguishes itself with a quick-connect system using bolts and hooks for swift assembly and disassembly. The Marine engine drives the dredge and hydraulic pumps, which in turn power essential devices, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Built entirely from welded steel, the hull offers the formidable strength required for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely attached to the main pontoon using bolts, ensuring steadfast performance.
The hull employs CCSB shipbuilding steel plates, known for their superior durability and reliability.
