Meticulously engineered with steel construction, our Cutter Suction Dredger is a non-self-propelled, dismountable marvel. It excels in berthing and dredging across both coastal areas and inland rivers, conforming to the stringent standards of navigation area 'A' or below, as per the inland river steel engineering ship manufacturing code of P. R. China.
Tailored for optimal performance, this dredger efficiently excavates and transports cohesive sediment, adhering to the class III specifications outlined in the dredging engineering construction techniques published by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China.
The robust hull is composed of three strategically designed pontoons: a main pontoon (housing the engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is meticulously sized for seamless transportation by road, rail, or water. Equipped with a rapid connection-disconnection system, the pontoons are easily assembled and disassembled via bolts at strategic deck levels and hooks at the bottom. The dredger is driven by a powerful marine engine, with the main engine propelling the dredge pump and hydraulic pump, which in turn powers essential equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and spud rams.
Constructed with all-welded steel, the hull delivers unmatched strength needed for rigorous dredging operations. The side pontoons are reliably secured to the main pontoon through robust bolting mechanisms.
The steel plate used for the hull is CCSB (shipbuilding steel plate), ensuring durability and longevity.
